Ulster Yarns, part of the Ulster Group, have been producing premium woollen yarn in West Yorkshire since the industrial revolution.

Maintaining Yorkshire’s rich history in the textile industry, every week we produce enough yarn to go twice around the world, with enough left over to reach the North Pole and back!

We source the highest quality wool from across the UK, Ireland and New Zealand and then transform it into premium yarn at our specialist wool processing and dyeing mills in Dewsbury and Wakefield. This yarn is then used to manufacture luxurious wool-rich Ulster carpets that can not only be found in homes but in some of the world’s leading hotels, cruise liners and casinos.
